    Das Problem konnte identifiziert und behoben werden. Wir beobachten die weitere Entwicklung aufmerksam und sind aktuell noch dabei Copy-Jobs zu bereinigen.

    Veeam B&R kann auf Version 12.2 aktualisiert werden.

    After updating VBR servers to Veeam B&R 12.2, they could no longer successfully access our CloudConnect infrastructure (also Veeam B&R 12.2).

    We are analyzing the problem with the manufacturer in order to restore the service as soon as possible. We currently advise against updating to Veeam B&R 12.2.

    Aufgrund von geplanten Wartungsarbeiten durch unseren Rechenzentrumsbetreiber kann es während dem Wartungsfenster bei der Netzwerkkonnektivität zu Unterbrüchen von 5-30 Minuten kommen.

    Die Slynet Services werden nach den Wartungsarbeiten normal erreichbar sein.

    Co-Location Kunden werden gebeten, für selbst verwaltete Systeme die passenden Massnahmen zu ergreifen. Alle anderen Kunden müssen nichts weiter unternehmen.

    Slynet services will be available as normal after the maintenance work.

    Co-location customers are requested to take the appropriate measures for self-managed systems. All other customers do not need to take any further action.
